Legal opinion on questions of law regarding the public funding of daily child care – considering factors of employment, tax and insurance law
In 2006, the „Deutsche Verein für öffentliche und private Fürsorge“ (a German non-profit association for public and private welfare) requested a legal opinion concerning the public funding of daily child care. The legal opinion was issued by the DIJuF and funded by the Federal German Ministry of Family, Pensioners, Women and Youth.

In Febuary 2007, the DV's expert committee discussed the legal opinion's results. The new committee „Daily child care“ was founded. It will suggest further steps.
